What Are The Chances Of Survival After A Stroke At The Age Of 90?

my father in law is 91 he had a tia in april and another stroke this Friday. They can not determine anything positive as he can not have an MRI because of the pace maker he has. he Has had several cat scans. My questions is what are the percentage of having a 3rd stroke and how soon would something like that occur. What are chances of survival . also he has diabities , has had intestinal cancer also
