What Are The Chances Of The Fetus Surviving After Heavy Bleeding, Decidual Separation, And Treatment With Tranexamic Acid At 7 Weeks Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor, Cardiac activity was detected at 7 weeks pregnancy. However there was heavy bleeding the next night and I was rushed to emergency. An ultrasound revealed CA present however there was a decidual separation of 3cm. There was some more bleeding and I was given an injection of 1g tranexmic acid. I have been on complete bed rest. The bleeding has stopped. Is there a possibility that the foetus will survive.
