Hello sir,iam 20 years old male..i have been selfejaculating for the last 3 years...i want to know whether this is a good or bad habit...what are the consequenses that i have to face with this habit..from the last year iam losing my hai..does self ejaculating cause hair loss..im in full of confusion and i need ur suggestion badly..

Masturbation has no side effects but some people may feel guilty about masturbation because of cultural, spiritual or religious beliefs. Masturbation is neither wrong nor immoral, not shameful nor dirty. If you are addicted, you skip your chores or daily activities, miss your work or school, and cancel plans with friends or family and miss important social events, it may hurt your romantic relationship and friendship because you don't spend too much time with your loved ones.
