What Are The Diet Plans After Hot Biopsy Polypectomy?

today i had a colonoscopy which showed the following diverticulosis found in th ascending colon, descending colon and sigmoid a few sessile polyps foound in the splenic flexure and rectum all polyps were removed by hot biopsy polypectomy and some internal and external hemorrhoids what should i do now scared to eat sorry did not know there was a fee sorry

I understand your concerns and I will try my best to assist you.
You should have some soup based on rice and/or chicken for the first 48 hours. Later, you should base your diet on: white carbohydrates (white bread, white rice, pasta and potatoes), some low fat meat or fish (i.e chicken, cod fillet) and a small portion of 'smooth' vegetables like boiled carrots and zucchinis. You can also have a small portion (1-2 a day) of well-tolerated fruits like bananas and apples without skin.
