Hello, my dear. I do hope you are seeing someone for your
pregnancy. It is important to be taking a
multivitamin first thing!
Weight Gain Parameters: If at a healthy weight before pregnancy you want to gain 1-4.5( up to 2 kg) pounds in your first trimester. After that the world Health Guidelines recommend 1 lb per week (.5 kg/week) through the second and third trimesters. According to this, your weight gain is on the low side.
You asked for a
diet plan. Diet plans should be personalized and obtaining one through the free question section is above and beyond the scope of function for these questions. Please see a dietitian or go to a prenatal clinic. I can do a meal plan for you if you come through the direct portal for a consultation and include a sample day's eating plan, meds, supplements, diagnosis, etc.
Assure you are eating 300 calories extra per day above normal diet.
