Hi,

The dosage of both these drugs have been prescribed rightly by your doctor. Trimetazidine HCl is a coronary vasodilator and it is used for symptoms of angina in a patient. The dosage of 20 mg tablet is three times a day, each dose may be 8 hours apart. Dipyridamole is an anti-platelet drug which stops platelets from clumping together and thus, helps to keep the blood flowing and hence, keeping the blood vessels patent. The dose of dipyridamole 75 mg is once a day.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
