What Are The Dosages Of Metronidazole 500 Mg And Neomycin 500mg?
metronidazole 500 mg and neomycin 500mg iam taking befor surgery began 8 this morning supposed to take 1 tablet 4 times a day for one day. last dosage 8pm next and last dosage due at 2 am . i cannot drink anything after midnight, can i take this last dose at midnight? it will only be 4 hours between doses. thank you please answer soon! maggie

I understand your concern.
Before surgery patient is supposed to be nil orally for 6 hours.So if your surgery is planned after 8 am tomorrow, you can take the last dose at 2 am with milk.In case it is earlier, you should prepone each dose by one hour to adjust 4 doses.
