Im scared I might be pregnant and im only 18 I have been getting really naushes and when I urinate I notice light bleeding with the urine I took coffee this morning and started feeling worse it comes and goes I missed my period this month im rrally scared ! Plz help what do you think is wrong with me .

If you have always been regular with your cycles, have been sexually active without contraception around the fertile period, then, you have high chances of conception. Slight fresh bleeding about the time when a period is due in pregnancy is due to implantation. You can get a home pregnancy test 3-7 days after the missed period with a fresh early morning sample or go for the assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres. This will definitely clarify the issue and further management can be accordingly planned. Hope this helps.
