What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?
I have been having cramping in my lower abdomen for about 2 weeks. I am about 6 days late for my period. I took 2 pregnancy tests and both were negative. Today I feel dizziness, left pelvic pain and it s a bit swollen. I have a headache and feels like I am going to pass out. My nipples are inflamed and breasts aren t as sore as a couple days ago. At first I thought I could be pregnant but I don t feel pregnant at all what could be wrong?

You are exhibiting a few early symptoms of pregnancy, and if at all you have had recent unprotected sexual contact and have missed your period then it would be wise to get a home pregnancy test conducted again either after 2 weeks from the suspected date of conception or on or after the second day of a missed period using an early morning sample of urine.
Once pregnancy is ruled out, we can look into other causes that can result in a hormonal imbalance.
