Hello ,Good morning.I am Priya.I have missed my periods on the exact due date.days went ,suddenly on day 39 ,early morning I got pinkish red color bleeding came for on n off n next day it came with blood clots while urinating only ,otherwise no bleeding n 3rd day same ,it continues .but I have Heavyness on lower stomach.I have symptoms like dizziness, nausea,vomiting, frequent urination.confirm am I pregnant?pls explain?
