What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

hi I am 23 years. I always have regular periods never a single day late but this month its 10 days late took a blood test on the 2nd day of my missed period and it says 1.2(HCG). now before 2 days i have slight cramps and then just spotting 2 times then nothing i have sore breasts, headches, tired, nauseous mostly in the evening. And my husband and i are being unprotective for 10 days. I just wanted to know why this is happening????
