What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I had my last period on August 26 2014. It is now October 3 and still no period. I took a pregnancy test about 6 days after my assumed missed period but now I m 11 days late and still haven t gotten my period. My cycle is usually between 28/30 days. I have had cramps, vaginal discharge, dizziness, and some nauseousness that comes and goes. Well thi morning I woke up and on my right side I have a dull ache that s very unusual it s hard to explain the feeling but I know it s not right because I have never had this feeling before. My question is can I be pregnant, could it be a regular pregnancy or an ectopic one how do I tell the difference? I m not going to my obgyn till Tuesday which is 4 days from now and I don t want to sike myself out and stress more then I have to. Also my boobs are pretty sore and my areoles are seemed to be a bit bigger. I just wanna ease my mind and know the difference between ectopic and regular pregnancies. Why would my right side have such a dull ache ?
