What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi so my husband and I are trying to conceive our third child, and for the past few days I have had mild cramping in the lower back and left lower abdomen. Also a day of white milky cervical mucus. and the next day some light pink spotting when I wiped. My period isn't due for 11 more days. We have been actively trying! been active every day this month. (13 days straight w/twice a day sometimes). I am not always regular in my cycle, So I was just wondering if these signs could be pregnancy symptoms?

hi,

Kindly notice if you miss your periods . If yes get a urine pregnancy test done after 10 days of missed periods for relatively accurate results.

If positive kindly visit your gynaecologist for further investigations regarding blood tests for confirmation of pregnancy.

Immediate signs and symtoms of pregnancy is not seen. The main symptom is amennorhoea.
