What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?
Hello, I feel like i have the chance of being pregnant. But I'm not sure. I have a headache and abdominal cramping that made me think I was on my period but I'm not. I also feel like I'm about to vomit very badly at some points but it teds to go away in 15-60 minutes and sometimes just turn to gas. I have been sleeping in a lot more and not feeling as awake as I normally do when I wake up, even though I've been falling asleep earlier then normal. I've had to pee a lot more then normal, even though I'm drinking as much as I normally do.

Yes the symptoms of mild abdominal cramping, nausea, vomitting, indigestion, frequent urination are all suggestive symptoms of pregnancy But the confirmation is by pregnancy test.
- Blood HCG can be +ve around expected day of menstruation.
- Urine pregnancy test (UPT) can be done after 8 -10 days of delay in periods.
