My implanon expired September 29 2014 ..my cycle came on October n November but hvent seen it since it went off n November.. my breast are tender im hopin this is symtoms of my cycle n not a pregnancy... ive done one test witch read negative ia der any possibility of still gettim pregnant or bein pregnant even tho its still n

Pregnancy is unlikely as you are on the implanon, and your presentation and breast tenderness is more likely to be a result of the hormonal changes that are brought about by implanon and any such contraceptives and birth control pills and devices.

Please speak to your doctor if at all you wish to address the current presentation, but I do not see any cause for concern.
