What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Could I be pregnant? I m not 100% sure if I am or not. I ve had unprotected sex for the first half and then put a condom on at the end of it. some of my symptoms are that I have to pee like every hour, my breast are tender and sensitive and the area around the nipple is a bit bigger, I have more discharge than normal, and I ve been more gassy. I m more tired than usual. I have nausea. I don t know if I have a missed period or not because in irregular but I should get it next week.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Unprotected intercourse can lead to pregnancy. Breast engorgement, darkening of areola, excessive vaginal discharge, are all symptoms of early pregnancy, but they are not confirmatory.
I would suggest you to wait for the period, of delayed from the expected date, then do get a urine pregnancy test done and further management should be done accordingly.
