Yes, breast enlargement/ stomach pain, increase in size of abdomen are some of the signs of pregnancy.. but they can be seen in some other conditions like PCOD/ thyroid problems too.
Confirmatory sign of pregnancy would be delayed period/ physical examination by a gynecologist /+ve pregnancy test/ USG scan of pelvis. Please get either of these done to confirm your pregnancy.
