What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

doctor i am 26 years. Married before 1 and Half year back. now me and my husband staying together. last month i have menses on 27 to 31. this month no menses till now. but I have little pain like menses pain from 10- 12 days...it will come 6 to 7 times per day... what is the problem...is I am pregnant

1.     Missed periods
2.     Nausea
3.     Vomiting
4.     Dry vomits
5.     Breast pain
6.     Some discharge from nipples
7.     Giddiness
8.     Loss of appetite
9.     Food cravings
10.     Frequent urination
11.     Increased vaginal discharge
12.     Sleepiness
You may get any of these symptoms.
