What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I am a generally articulate person, but recently I feel as if i am unable to find the exact words to express my thoughts in a timely manner, and sometimes have to restart sentences multiple times; someone told me these could be symptoms of pregnancy? If I were pregnant it would be less than a month since conception, so would these symptoms arise that early?
