What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?
hi doc,
i am 31 now and married for 7 yrs my husband is 35 now he is good in his count(60 million).
i have PCOS i dont ovulate naturally with the help of injection ovulate i have undergone for laprascopy test and ovarian drilling was done.
my both the tubes are normal uterus is normal endo growth is normal all hormone levels are also normal
we tried for IUI once but no use since last 2 months i am ovulating without injection just with the help of clomid and trying for pregnancy but the result is negative..
but i fell nausea tired and morning sickness all the symptoms related to pregnancy.
my height is 5.3 and weigh 75kgs doc is there any treatment or medicine which helps to get pregnant please help us....

You are already taking clomid so there is no need of any additional medication for you. Even your husband’s sperm count is normal.
Right now you have the symptoms of pregnancy so first get in confirmed with urine pregnancy test kit available in pharmacy and be sure of pregnancy is there or not. If yes then well and good. But if it’s negative I would like to give you some advice as follows.
You have to know exactly when you ovulate and that period is the most fertile period of your cycle in which you both have to be very active in trying to conceive. Approximately you will ovulate in middle of your cycle. Like if it is of 28 days, you will ovulate on 14th day of your cycle and so on. So in that period of time +- 1-2 days here and there you should be most active.
