What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I am currently on day 20 of my cycle (which is normally 23-27 days long). I ovulated last week Monday 21 March 2011. Me and my husband have been trying for a few days before that and on the ovulation date. Currently I have very sore breasts, lower back pain and a swollen vagina (which seems very funny to me). Can this be signs of an early pregnancy?
