hello doctor , im 28 yrs old nw.. i have one son who is 3yrs old nw. my last period was on feb 14th 2011.till nw i didn't get my periods this month.what would be the reason.i feel like my breast are heavy..am i pregnant?still i didn't go for any pregnant test...pls answer me...

Hello,
If you have always been regular with your cycles, if you are sexually active without any protection, then it is more likely that you are pregnant. Some of the signs and symptoms of very early pregnancy are weakness, nausea, sleepiness, dizziness, altered taste, sometimes cramping pain in the abdomen, tender and engorged breasts, increased bladder frequency etc. Please go ahead with a home pregnancy test 3-7 days after the missed period using a fresh early morning sample of urine.
