What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hello, I stopped birth control mid- January and have had regular periods since then. My period was due on Thursday last and I did not get it(it is now Monday April 4). I have back pain, and tenderness in my breats, light cramps and some brown spotting on Thursday and Friday but nothing else since then. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests and they all were negative. What should I do?

hi dear, since you have spotting, it is advisable to do blood test to confirm pregnancy. early pregnancy symptoms are breast pain,uneasiness, nausea, cramps in body, due to hormonal changes.
