What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?
Hi I m 23 yrs old I think I Might be pregnant I was due on the 1st April my last period was 25th feb so iam now 5 days late I m never late I ve done 3 tests all negative am I testing too early? I have been feelin sick Nd dizzy since Monday my stomach keeps makin strange noises Nd havin slight cramps on my left side. I also think my nipples are darker Nd I defo can see veins on my breasts

You should know first that, Spotting, tingling in vagina, tenderness of breast are some early signs of pregnancy.
As per your history, your 3 pregnancy tests are negative , so there are very few chances that you are pregnant.
It may be due ti some hormonal changes or due to your anxiety and stress.
So be calm.
Alternately you may go for ultrasonography, and confirm whether you are pregnant or not.
