What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?
Hi, i m 21, i m 4ft 5inch tall and i weigh 54kg. I saw my period last in march 2011 and had sexual intercourse a week after the last day of my period but i think i m still a virgin and since then my period has been missed and i think i m down with typhoid.is it possible that i m pregnant?cos i ve not done any test.i m scared.
Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion a week after first day of period comes under safe period and mostly the starting periods are anovulatory ie.,release of egg doesn't occur. But nothing can be confirmed basing on this.I suggest you to do a urine pregnancy test to confirm.A urine pregnancy test gives good results a week after missed period.Even if there is fever the period might be delayed due to hormonal imbalance in the body. And sometimes the starting periods can be irregular too.So relax and test yourself.Whatever the result consult doctor. Best regards...Dr.srilatha
