hello,
I was taking contraceptions, and i had my period 19th of April, I decided to stop them for a month and i had a pain so i went to a doctor and he gave me Norethisterone 5 , 3 times per day for 10 days (i am sorry i cant say exactly what I had ... I do not recall the name of problem) anw, during the last day of the pills (Norethisterone)- 21th of May, I had sex and my boyfriend finished inside me. I know that I suppose to have my period after 2-3 days, it is already 4th day and I still dont have it... am I pregnant???

Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) As per your history, your last periods date was 18th April, and you had unprotected sex on 21st May.

As such this date is beyond day 20 of the cycle. And it is quite a safe period.

3 ) I will suggest you to finish off the course of tablets you are taking. Usually periods start within 3 to 10 days of finishing the tablets.

4 ) If If you still don't get your periods, I will suggest you to get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy. In case of doubt blood beta HCG test will be of help.
