Hi Ashley!! First of all you need to stop worrying and start with finding out whether your periods have been delayed from last month. I need to know a few more things before answering your question. Did you have unprotected sex? Do you always get some days delay in your periods? Your symptoms are very non specific and the only best way to tell if you are pregnant or not is with a urine pregnancy test or an ultrasound, that is if you have already missed a period. My personal advice to you would be to get a Urine pregnancy kit from the medical shop and check. If positive or negative you need to go visit a gynaecologist for further evaluation.
