Hello I have a question I had unprotected sex 3 days after my period finish and now is been 20 days since I had unprotected sex. And am having a little bit of spottin I don't know if I might be pregnant because my partner told me that he thinks he came a little bit inside of me

Go to gynecologist for further evaluation by sonography. pregnancy can not be predicted. you need to go for pregnancy test after you miss your periods and one week above is also passed. there is no chances of pregnancy if the flow of blood during period is normal in amount and duration. if only spotting is present then also you need to go for evaluation.
