What Are The Early Signs Of Pregnancy?

Ive been feeling really sick when I wake up in the morning but I dont actually do anything and it normally goes away two hours later. Ive also been really tired lately, any chance I get, ill sleep for hours. Ive also noticed my lower abdomen feels a bit tight and its slightly swelling I guess you could say. Ive also been having really bad mood swings and small cramps here and there coming from my lower abdomen. Ive also been urinating more than normal, about 2 times a hour. also it hurts to have sex lately? can this be another sign of pregnancy?

Hi,
You did not mention if you have had a delayed cycle or a missed period. If you have a missed period, all your symptoms are positive for a very early pregnancy. In the current scenario, you should get a home pregnancy test done 3-7 days after a missed period with a fresh early morning sample of urine or for an earlier and better confirmation, get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres. Once confirmed, you can proceed with a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the state of the pregnancy. Hope this helps.
