feeling tired, bloated, unusually hungry but easly gets full, have dizzy spells in the morning and my periods are late. my last period started17.10.11 and ended 20.10.11. been having lower back pain similar to period pains for the past few days but still no sign of periods. i had unprotected sex on the 28.11.11. could i be pregnant?
Hi, I have gone through your question. Unprotected intercourse can lead to pregnancy. Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy, hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease. Early satiety, tiredness, bloating and lower abdominal cramps can be due to pregnancy. I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done. If positive, then further management should be done accordingly. If negative, then do consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigations( including hormonal profile) and appropriate treatment. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health. Regards, Dr Deepti Verma
