What Are The Effects And Side Effects Of Using Sofrodex?
Hi, I have been using proactive for quite some time now.It seem s to be working but, it s taking it s toll.I am looking for something fast and active.I have recently been prescribed with sofrodex and was wondering what the affects are and how good it is at fast results? *Does continuous use for are lengthy period strip the skin ? *Does it thin your skin?
The steroid (Dexamethasone) component of sofrodex can thin the skin out with continued use over a long period. However, the medication is usually prescribed only for short duration of time. In that case skin thinning out should not be a concern. With regards to the activity, it is a combination of medication and is fast acting.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ayesha Shareef, General & Family Physician
