What Are The Effects Of Over Masturbation ?

is black spots occurs due to over masturbation? / size of penis is reduced due to over masturbation
i am in this act from the age of 15 year. my sperms is getting dilute. my dick is not straight at the time of raising it & size is 5" only which is i think too small. Is the problem of STD can occurs due to above.
Is this serious problem? can i get alright in future and get my sex power back

Due to masturbation practice semen cannot be diluted. There are many other factors determining the thickness of semen. Your 5" erect penis not at all small because even a 2 inch penis can satisfy any woman. STD cannot occur due to the above said problems.
