Hello, Welcome to HCM. Your wife does not have perforated bowel as a result of the 2010 novasure procedure. Bowel perforation is a life threatening complication which, if untreated, results in death within days. Treatment for perforated bowel is emergency surgery. From your wife's symptoms you are describing, the novasure procedure was not effective in controlling her bleeding problem. Wishing your wife best of health.
