What Are The Findings From The Ultrasound Of Uterus?

Hello. I have been having extreme occasional pain in my lower abdominal for the past month. However, the pain has been nonstop for the past three days. I went to the doctor yesterday and was given a report asking me to return today. I am concerned because I am not familiar with the medical terms.

I was given an ultrasound of the uterus and adnexa (which is what). It says,"normal size, retroverted nongravid uterus showing normal echotexture. A well defined mixed echogenic nodule measuring 3.7 x 3.3 cm seen within uterus...."

Then it goes on to mention, "...multiple mixed echogenic mass arising from anterior aspect of uterus extending into right adnexial region measuring 5.6 x 3.8 cm, 8 x 3.5 cm, 7.8 x 6.2 cm." The left ovary appears normal but the right ovary was not visualized.

I just want to better understand what this write up is saying. Thanks for any explanation you can give me.

multiple mixed echogenic mass arising from anterior aspect of uterus extending into right adnexial region measuring 5.6 x 3.8 cm, 8 x 3.5 cm, 7.8 x 6.2 cm. this line mean multiple mass are in anterior wall of uterus. Rest they mention the size of each mass.

The left ovary appears normal but the right ovary was not visualized. means that ur left ovary is normal, may be due to gas in abdominal, rt ovary was not visualized.

i think u have multiple fibroid in ur uterus.
