Hello, My name is Akram I am 24 years Old.Since 4 years I had a bad experience, I smoked Hash(something like weed) and I felt at that time that I will die. since that day I never smoked again any thing like that. But what happened is that I stayed for almost 6 month having every day Panic Attacks and constant dizziness and constant feeling that I can t breath. I went to a lot of doctors and they said it is just anxiety. and they gave me SSRI drugs but I refused to take any of this drugs till today. as I heard alot that it is addictive I am experiencing this anxiety since 4 years every day constantly worried about my health status.. I had alot of physical symptoms of anxiety (shortness of breath...etc) Now I overcomed all the physical symptoms no panic attacks any more and no physical symptoms but what I have since 2 weeks is something more harder. I have fear of going crazy. can t stop thinking that I will lose my mind,can t relax,I want to heal the natural way. YYYY@YYYY
Honestly speaking, you need to consult good psychiatrist soon. Anxiety needs combined treatment with medications and counseling. So better to consult a psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions.
Try to identify the stressor in your life and start working on its solution. Anxiolytic drugs (propranolol and flunarizine combination) will definitely help you more. These newer drugs are not addictive or habit forming. So no need to worry about this. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
