What Are The Harmful Effects Of Smoking Weed?

My girlfriend is not a weed smoker but seems to do it when people she is with smokes. Her excuse is because it frees her mind from so much stress and depression. From her smoking each time she's stressed out is that a bad thing and what will that result in?

hi,
many people say that it is non addicting but that is not a fact..
in fact it is not even healthy..
relieves stress ! yes it feels so because of the euphoric effect of the drrug..
there are much healthier ways of stress relieving like hitting gym jog swimming games etc
occasional smoke users doesnt have much of a problem still not advised..
long term users have a lot of problems like lung issues, impaired cognition, decreased testosterone in men and failure of ovulation in women..
ask her to hang out with people with healthy habits that changes her mind a lot..
take support of a psychiatrist if required..sudden stopping, if she is a long term user, is not correct, leads to withdrawl symptoms
hope my answer helped you
if you have any more queries i would be happy to help you..
