What Are The Health Hazards Of Eating Too Much Peanuts?
hi. i wana engage on a body building diet. i eat simba peanuts and raisins regularly because of their high protein content and i am also on body building supplements (muscle mass). will this work out for me, and i would like to know the health hazards of eating too much peanuts
Welcome to HCM, 1.Although peanuts are good sources of plant proteins, can cause peanut allergy if not eaten in moderation. It also causes flatulence(gas) and bloating. Also if your cholesterol and triglycerides are high you need to watch out on the quantity as it contains fat too. 2.There are other sources which are high in protein such as tofu, soya beans, paneer, yogurt, eggs, fishes such as tuna and salmon which you can safely consume. hope I have answered your query. If you have any clarification I would be happy to help.
