What Are The Home Remedies For Stomach Pain, Vomiting And Loss Of Appetite Of 5 Year Old?

My 5 year old daughter has being complain of tummy pain for 2 days now. She threw up 2 days and passing slight yellow but solid stools. Today she has lost her apetite and is looking lethargic. What should I do ? I have her home remidies like lime n honey but no improvement .

Hai.. Probably she's going through a prodrome of viral diarrhea & she might start having diarrhea. Please don't try any home remedies & seek your Dr's advice if she's too unwell as you say she's lethargic she might be in dehydration.... .Happy to help anytime.
