What Are The Ill Effects Of Drinking Excess Water?

Hi about 20-30 minutes ago i had 1.2 litres of water within 5 minutes and i was reading online about water intoxication and how some people have died by too much water am i going to be ok? im a bit shaky now after what i read is there anything to do? please help me!

Hello,

I don't think you may be intoxicated by drinking that much (1.2l) all at once.
If you feel shaky you can use tresol to substitute minerals. Having a coffee can make you urinate frequently due to its diuretic effects.
