What Are The Ill Effects Of Smoking Marijuana?

I just had gallbladder removed on July 31st. I have four incisions that were sewn together with dissolvable stitches. I just found out disturbing news about my grandmas health and really want to smoke marijuana. I am not a habitual smoker so it only takes 2-4 small puffs to get me high. Is it on for me to smoke or should I steer clear?
