Hi, 27year old...i had ascan recently and the result showd dat dere is a significant inflammatory tissue reaction in both adnexae as well as d puch of douglas.dere is mild collectn of free fluid in d pouch of douglas,d uterus is normal in size n anteverted,d cavity is empty,normal endomethrial thickness,no cyst,no mass,no stones and features suggestive of chronic pelvic inflammmatory disease.....pls,wat is d implication and can it b totally cured,wat r my chances of conceiveing??
