What Are The Itchy Bumps On My Bikini Line?

I have a mosquito like bump on my upper right thigh on my bikini line, it s itchy just like a mosquito bite, I scratch it and it bleeds and it scabs. it goes away and then another one comes in a different place in my bikini line. I think I have dry skin and it s very itchy, and very sensitive down there. my V area doesn t itchy, just the bikini line mostly. I don t know if it s just razor burn, but my stomach and boobs get very itchy as well. and I ve gotten the same kind of bumps on my arms and thighs, just smaller. I ve only had one partner and we always are protected except I think once, but the last time was two months ago. I just want this to go away.
