What Are The Itchy Fluid Filled Bumps Around My Ankle?
Hello there,
For the past two weeks I have had small (almost pinpoint) fluid filled bumps that are skin colored with some reddened. They are clustered together almost in a band around my ankles appx 2 inches thick. They get extremely itchy at times, especially at night. What could this be?

I really appreciate your concern if this is the single lesion then the possibilities of either insect bite, that might have left the sting inside and another is some foreign body, in my opinion right now this has to be treated with the antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drugs along with antihistamine and the best choice is "Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day, tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three time in day, Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day, hope this information helps you have nice day.

You seem to have developed some form of an allergic skin reaction .
Such a skin reaction over the ankles can occur due to contact with any irritant jewellery worn there in the form of anklets or any new socks or shoes which come in contact with the area.
You should try and find the causative agent.
Avoid application of any creams or oils over the area.
You might need to apply a topical steroid cream over the affected areas twice a day.
You should take some oral antihistamine for the associated itching .
