Remember one thing. If any therapy is given for cancer the benefits are much more than adverse effects. Just for very rare chance of adverse effects, therapy of curable cancer cannot be avoided. Very very rare long term effect is second malignancy. But the chances of recurrence of same cancer is much more than drug induced second malignancy,
