Hi Welcome to HCM
Since your father is a known case of Old Cerebrovascular accident/paralysis he should take Anti platelet drugs like Clopitab -A along with Anti hypertensive drugs lifelong. He can stop the drugs only in cases of prolonged bleeding or any surgeries under the guidance of your treating doctor.Stoppage these drugs may lead to complicatins like re infarction, thrombosis, stroke, embolism etc...So get an MRIbrain for screening.Regularly monitor blood pressure.Do not stop the medications until your doctor advice.Physiotherapy will Jain helpful if he has any residual weakness of limbs.consult your neurogist for expert management.

Thankyou
