Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
In my opinion the most possible cause of your symptoms is advanced gastroesofageal reflux. This is a very common condition and is usually accompained by nausea and burning sensation in chest. However, another possible cause can't be excluded without taking a more detailed history of your complaints, and performing physical exam. You should consult a Gastroenterologist, perform a gastroscopic examination to find out any esofageal damage from reflux, and the stage of the damage, also take some material for biopsy if it is neccessary. Meanwhile you can use Omeprazole 20 mg for burning sensation, try to eat frequent small meals, avoid spicy and fried food.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
