hii welcome to health care magic.depo provera which is trade name of these injection.which contain depot medorxyprogeterone acetate which is long acting revercible hormonal contraseptive birth controle drug which is injected every 3month.it inhibit follicular devlopment,and prevent ovulation secondly inhibition of sperm panetration by changes cervical mucosa and thirdly it makes endometrium thin and atrophic which prevent impantation.but if you want gap in children batter is copper t and if you dont want child then go for operation.
