What Are The Painful Blood Filled Pimples Near The Carotid Artery?

I have had 6 way bypass 5 years ago and lung cancer with chemo 3 years ago. I am cancer free and feel great but my skin is making pimples. Some are near the carotid artery. The hurt, brake open and bleed alot and ooze liquid. My doctor doesn't know what they are. Can you help me. Thanks
