What Are The Possibilities If I Have Indigestion, Gastric Pain, And Low Appetite?

I have indigestion with mild epigastiric pain. Have regular bowel movements, but seem looser than normal. Color of stool is light brown. Appetite is not as good as in past, and have lost about 6 pounds in last 5 weeks that I ve had this indigestion, without trying too. Have a sense most of the time that I am already full, even thought have not eaten for awhile. What are the possibilities?

hi, do you drink alcohol? your symptoms suggest peptic ulcer disease. do you see any change in the bowel habits? if yes, you need further investigations like upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy.
Meanwhile, you may try modifying your diet. Reduce high protein diet and add diet rich in fibre. you may also try antacids like omeprazole 20 md/day.
Hope this helped.
