What Are The Possible Causes For Salty Taste And Swollen Tongue?

The tip of my tounge feels like i ate alot of salt, so does the inside of my lips *right infront of my teeth*. Inside of my lips are a little swollen and slightly red. Tounge looks normal. Its been that way for a few weeks now. I have no clue what it is

hello. it is likely that your taste buds may have been slightly damaged, this can be due to some viral infection, some substances in food or hot food. if this problem persists, meet your dermatologist for further examination. thanks
